 Porto de Mos and the beauty of the Castle
With a peculiar architecture, the Castle of Porto de Mós is one of the most beautiful of Portugal. Built on the debris of a position of Roman watch, the castle presents a magnificent view on the town. This immobile survived two earthquakes and several kings that left their marks, transforming the Castle into a singular work of rare beauty that enchants all the tourists.
The municipal district of Porto de Mós has others architectonic patrimonies, like the Rossio, one of the most developed areas of Porto de Mós, with many coffees, restaurants, banks and mini-markets. The council has also Santa Susana's Niche, House of Gorjoes, Solar of Britos and the Cruise.
